We move fast when the fit is right. Days, not months.

What We Look For

Profitable. Durable. Defensible.

We buy profitable, founder-led businesses with $1M–$50M in revenue. We move fast, we don't need outside approval, and every conversation is confidential. The following reflects what typically catches our attention, but we're open to thinking outside the box.

  • Cashflow

    We look at real cash, not adjusted EBITDA. A good fit generates at least $500K of cashflow both last year and over the last twelve months. Most businesses we partner with are in the $1M–$5M range; we can comfortably go up to $50M for the right one.

  • Defensible

    Real moats. High customer retention. Either AI-supercharged (your product gets sharper as the technology improves) or AI-resistant (your business is structurally insulated from disruption).

  • Founder-led

    Founder-led is preferred but not required. You built it. You know it best. We'll partner whether you want to keep running it, transition out, or fall anywhere in between. Common situations: partial liquidity, carve-out, succession gap, retirement.

  • Core Sectors
